Never. The NFC charm is passive, which means it holds no battery and draws no power. There is nothing to charge, nothing to update, and nothing inside that can run out.

02.   Does it work with my phone?

iPhone 8 and newer, and most Android phones from the last several years with NFC enabled. If your phone can tap to pay, it can tap to open Orbii.

03.   Where exactly do I tap?

On iPhone, hold the charm near the top back of your phone. On Android, near the center back. A gentle touch is all it takes, and you do not need to press or hold.

04.   Is there a subscription?

Your bracelet includes 1 month of Orbii membership. After that it is $3.99 a month or $29 a year, which covers daily readings, tarot, and unlimited conversations. The bracelet itself is yours either way.

05.   Which crystal should I choose?

Let Orbii decide. Take the quiz and it will point you to the stone that fits where you are right now. If you would rather talk it through with a person, email us and we will help.

06.   How should I care for it?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from perfume and harsh chemicals, and store it in its pouch when you are not wearing it. Some stones prefer shade and some are happy in the sun. Each product page has care notes for that particular crystal.
